As Project Manager, Aurelio oversees overall management, direction, coordination and execution of the Design and Construction of the Project and is responsible for the performance and resourcing of Project construction throughout all tiers of the Project’s team.
As Construction Manager, Yehuda is responsible for all construction activities including all subcontractors, vendors and laborers, and the safety, quality and on-time delivery of all field activities.
As Channel Manager, Katrina Nibourg is responsible for the successful completion of the earthworks scope for the Project and leading and managing construction of channel earthworks construction.
As Human Resources & Compliance Manager, Sara oversees all employee life-cycle activities for the Project, payroll, and benefits, employee relations and disputes, and employee development.
As Apprenticeship Coordinator and Workforce Development Manager, Rick Holweger leads ASN Constructor’s apprenticeship efforts, including outreach, training, hiring and retention. Working with operations, determine training opportunities throughout the life of the Project to meet the Project goals of apprentice utilization.
As Design Coordinator, Javier is responsible for the overall coordination of the Project design with our design engineering partners, the construction team and the Project Developer.
As Commercial Manager, Kevin is responsible for the procurement, commercial and contractual aspects of the Project as well as managing and controlling commercial functions including procurement, subcontract administration, contract administration, variation, and claims management.
As Technical Manager, Olga is responsible for the technical management of the project and overseeing the engineering activities to meet technical objectives in relation to design.

ASN Constructors is the construction joint venture of the Red River Valley Alliance (RRVA), which was chosen by the Metro Flood Diversion Authority for the financing, design and construction, as well as operations and maintenance of the diversion channel for 30 years following construction.
